Maintenance Dispatcher

Job Summary
The maintenance dispatcher provides administrative support the maintenance office by dispatching maintenance calls, running reports and other clerical duties as needed. Skills required for this position include but are not limited to good verbal and written communication, administrative skills, and organizational skills. Previous dispatching experience prefer but not required. knowledge of Microsoft office programs. Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and teammates. Must be 18 or older. Other duties as assigned by management.

Schedule:
Four Days a Week; every other weekend off
Rotating Two-Work-Week Schedule
Week One: Thursday 11am-9pm; Friday 9am-3pm; Saturday 9am-9pm; and Sunday 9am-9pm.
Week Two: Tuesday 9am-9pm; Wednesday 10am-9pm; Thursday 10am-9pm; Friday 9am-3pm
Hours:
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
