Job Description

• Responsible for Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
• Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance (Electrical & Controls) in the area of responsibility.
• Development and Adherence to Maintenance Tasks and Plan
• Development of Spare Part Strategy
• Management of Maintenance Budget.
• Identification, Development and Training of the Team in Maintenance process.
• Development & Implementation of Trouble Shooting guide, RCA & PDCA Process.
• Developing Culture within the Team for Safe System of Working.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
