Maintenance Electrician

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician- No Bake Foundry

Location: Dhulagarh, Howrah
Reporting To: Maintenance In-Charge

Job Summary:

Responsible for daily electrical maintenance of ACR furnace, No-Bake Moulding Line,

Key Responsibilities:

• Power panel checks
• Transformer connections
• Temperature control circuits
• Thyristor/IGBT module monitoring
• Cooling system electrical controls
• PLC relay checks (if applicable)
• Motor controls, limit switches, and sensors
• Mixer electrical panel maintenance
• Sand plant electrical wiring
• VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) operation & fault rectification

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: ITI /Dip in Electrical
• Experience: 2–5 years (Foundry preferred)

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems
• Knowledge of furnace electrical circuits
• VFD & motor control troubleshooting
• Basic PLC fault-finding
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
