Plant Electrician

Job Summary: As a Food Plant Electrician, your primary responsibility is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of electrical systems within the food processing plant. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment to ensure maximum uptime and compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with other maintenance personnel and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify potential issues or malfunctions.
• Diagnose electrical problems using various testing devices and techniques, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and voltage testers.
• Repair or replace defective electrical components, such as switches, relays, motors, and circuit breakers.
• Install new electrical systems and equipment according to electrical code standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to prioritize and address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
• Stay updated on advancements in electrical technology and industry best practices through training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of electrical maintenance procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• ITI Electrician
• A valid electrician's license or certification is required.
• Proven experience as an electrician in a food processing or manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Electrician: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ITI Electrician Certificate (Preferred)
