Maintenance Electrician

• Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, fixtures (lights, outlets, panels, breakers), and equipment (generators, HVAC components).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and safely, responding to emergencies and maintenance requests.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, tests, and preventative maintenance to identify and fix potential issues before they become major problems.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical work meets local codes, hotel policies, and national safety standards; identify and mitigate electrical hazards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, logs, and checklists of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaboration: Work with other maintenance staff, contractors, and hotel departments to coordinate tasks and resolve complex issues.
