Maintenance Electrician

- Timely done to all PM work as per schedule & fill all data as per work order.

- To maintain all check lists & fill to all records like logbook and check sheet.

- Rectification of during the check list.

- Rectification of VFD drive, motor, sensor, pneumatic systems, hydraulic & electrical wiring.

- To control major breakdown & arrangement of outsource for rectification of machine issue.

Maintain the machine healthy condition without any failure.

- Repairing of Simple bearing, Grease gear oil, Hydraulic oil Gaskets etc…) using lathes, Electricals items, welding equipment, etc.

- Rectification of Transformer, ACB, VCB and all types of electrical cable laying glanding & termination

- Motor testing and troubleshooting of overcurrent, Noising & variation issue.

- Preparing the plan as per received work order of machine maintenance.

- Control all electrical issues along with mechanical issues.

- Checking of all electrical panels & electrical drive with PLC.

- Arrangements of all required spare parts accordingly.

- Rectification of maintenance issue, as per the work order of machine maintenance.

- Maintain the daily basis maintenance logbook.

- New machine power connection & utility supply connectivity with machine.

- New Machine installation, commissioning & arrangement of all required Utility resources.

- Maintenance of Forklift Truck, Power stacker, Power press, slitting, Solvent base lamination, Printing Gravure, corona treater Air compressor, Chiller & Genset as required.

- Final Machine trial of production along with suppliers at our end.
