Maintenance Electrician

*Job Description:

The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment, including compressors, expanders, and safety equipment. This role ensures the proper functioning of electrical systems, minimizes downtime, and supports production goals.

*Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment, including compressors, expanders, and safety equipment.

• Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems.

• Minimize downtime by addressing electrical issues promptly.

• Follow safety protocols during electrical maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

*Detailed Job Tasks:.

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.

• Minimize downtime by addressing electrical issues promptly.

• Follow safety protocols during electrical maintenance activities to prevent accidents.

• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities and equipment performance.

• Prepare electrical maintenance reports for the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Analyze electrical system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Repair or replace faulty electrical systems and equipment as needed.

*Qualifications :

• 3-5 years in Electrical or Machine Maintenance

• Able to troubleshoot and diagnose problem, repairs and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment and machines

• Working knowledge in Building Maintenance such as Air Conditioning Repair, Plumbing and CCTV Troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and methods

• Experienced in maintenance of Ancillaries (such as Steam Boiler, Air Compressor, Cooling Towers, Pressure Pumps) and Production Machines (EPS Molding Machine)
