Maintenance Engineer

• Need experience in Dyeing unit.
• Perform routine, scheduled, and condition-based maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose faults, implement repairs, and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and other engineering staff involved in practical maintenance tasks
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, and work with management to ensure cost-effective maintenance programs.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and components, and procure specialized parts as needed for installations or repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, clients, and contractors to schedule repairs, installations, and major overhauls.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, review work orders, and generate reports for management.
