Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns in a timely manner.

3. Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

4. Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

6. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

7. Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumables required for maintenance.

8. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

2. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

3. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

4. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

5. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in maintenance.
