Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our Project Management .

Responsibilities

§ Follow the safety procedure and proper housekeeping at site.

§ Perform both electrical, mechanical, and other relevant maintenance of cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.

§ Ensure, following up with each equipment operator (DENZAI and Subcontractor) for any issues.

§ Ensure, properly dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs. Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.

§ Ensure, working with specialist equipment’s and systems, such as Power pack Modules, Motors, Pumps, Sensors, ECUs, CAN Bus System.

§ Train other technicians and workers on proper crane operation and maintenance procedures.

§ Coordinate with Site Manager for spares requirement for cranes.

§ Participate the regular tool box meeting at site.

§ Performing regular maintenance and inspections of cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment.

§ Adhere work permit system for all maintenance jobs and complete service report for each repair and maintenance activities.

§ Prepare Maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.

§ Ensure, to Monitor monthly, Yearly activities of cranes and review analysis report for breakdowns and completion planned.

§ Maintaining records of work performed on equipment in order to track service history and detect any potential problems before they occur.

§ Ensure, inspecting equipment is in good working order.

§ Prepare and maintain records of daily check list & PM check list of all cranes.

§ Performing routine maintenance on cranes, including greasing bearings and replacing parts as needed.

§ Shift end reporting to Site Manager / Site Supervisor.

§ Apart from above, perform the other tasks as per instruction of reporting officer/HOD.

§ Preparation of CAPA and Root cause analysis for all repairs and find solution not to happen again

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
• Proven hands-on experience in maintenance of cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
