Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. This includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including service logs and reports.
• Collaborate with production/operations teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Suggest improvements to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in [industry type].
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work in shifts or on-call if needed.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and preventive maintenance practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
