Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, systems, and machinery to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve breakdowns related to instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical systems.

Execute maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Maintain records of equipment history, spares consumption, and breakdown analysis.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth plant operations.

Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Support in planning and execution of plant shutdowns, overhauls, and improvement projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of maintenance practices in instrumentation / electrical / mechanical domains.

Hands-on experience with plant machinery, control systems, PLCs, and electrical circuits.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Relevant certifications in maintenance practices (if any) will be an advantage
