Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electro-mechanical expertise to manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines. The ideal candidate will have experience in predictive maintenance, machine installation, and overall plant equipment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
• Carry out predictive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot controllers such as Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Mitsubishi.
• Manage maintenance of DG sets, air compressors, overhead cranes, overhead lighting, and other plant equipment.
• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance plans.
• Calculate and monitor MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Define critical spares and coordinate inventory management with the stores team.
• Provide support for machine installation and commissioning.
• Utilize basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Apply knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Electro-Mechanical skillset.
• Hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, HMC machines.
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Mitsubishi controllers.
• Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in machine installation and equipment commissioning.
• Familiarity with DG sets, air compressors, cranes, and other plant machinery.
• Ability to calculate MTTR & MTBF.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field.

Pay: ₹25,089.10 - ₹55,028.74 per month
