• Preventive Maintenance
• Repair & Troubleshooting
• Equipment & System Monitoring
• Attend to guest room maintenance calls courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance work maintains the hotel’s quality and comfort standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working conditions
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office for room maintenance scheduling.
• Support other engineering team members in major repair or renovation projects.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions as required.
