Responsibilities-:Exploring the knowledge on operation and functioning of installed machine i.e Mixing mill, Dispersion kneader,Batchoff, Balecutter and other machines.  Performing Preventive,Predictive checklists and routine maintenance tasks of machines.  Troubleshooting and assisting team in the breakdown of the machines.  Involvement in the installation and commissioning of machines.  Installed the fire alarm System project with team and trained the team.  HVAC Fire system installed under the guidance of manager.  75liter kneader mechanical seal installation, Hydroulic seal guide installation.  Chiller and utility work.
