Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

No. of. years of Experience: 5 to 8 years

Educational Qualification: DEEE (Or) BE EEE

Job Description:

• Handling break down, preventive, predictive maintenance of all machines.
• Daily problem counter measure report making, kaizen & improvement activities.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, hands on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Hands on experience in handling press machines, experience with pick and place robots.
• Experience in handling new projects, including complete installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Knowledge in working with vision systems, experience with VFD drives, understanding of scrap conveyor and belt conveyor systems.
• Basic PLC programming and troubleshooting experience, especially with LS, Delta, Mitsubishi and other common PLC system.
