Maintenance Engineer

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled maintenance procedures to prevent unexpected breakdowns (PPM) and respond immediately to equipment faults and emergencies.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures in machinery and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and overall performance, which may involve modifying existing systems or implementing new solutions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics, often using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict health and safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA guidelines), conducting risk assessments and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Inventory and Budget Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment, coordinate with vendors for specialist components, and help manage the maintenance budget.
• Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and on-the-job training to junior engineers, maintenance technicians, and operators on proper equipment handling and maintenance best practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
