Maintenance Engineer

Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East, worldwide leader in the production of high-performance cores and laminations for transformers & reactors, is looking for its Dubai seat a reliable and experienced Maintenance Engineer to support and develop the existing department.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Identifying and diagnosing faults in mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Implementing and testing repairs to restore equipment to full working order.
• Developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and other maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance.
• Maintaining equipment logs, managing parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating with other departments.
• Collaborating with operations to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability standards within the facility.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computer-controlled systems.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance activities, often involving multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in same role in a manufacturing industry.

Languages:

• English and Italian languages required.
