Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to take care of daily maintenance work at Theobroma cake stores in Pune. The person will ensure that all equipment, electrical fittings, and store facilities are working properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair bakery equipment, electrical and plumbing systems
• Handle breakdowns and ensure quick fixes at store locations
• Perform regular preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Maintain basic maintenance records

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience (retail, bakery, or food industry preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance
• Willing to travel between stores in Pune
• Good problem-solving skills

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
