Maintenance Engineer

The Head Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overall maintenance and technical leadership of fastener manufacturing operations, including cold heading machines, thread rolling machines, heat treatment furnaces, plating lines, tool room equipment, compressors, DG sets, utilities, and material handling systems. The role involves planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime, supervising mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, coordinating closely with production and quality departments to meet output and delivery targets, managing spares inventory and vendor services, ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements, overseeing installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machinery, monitoring energy usage and maintenance costs, maintaining maintenance records, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency across the fastener plant.
