Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Vertical and Horizontal CNC (VNC/CNC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems, with a focus on precision machining and automation in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems and components used in CNC and HMC machines.
• Work closely with the CNC programming team to ensure the design specifications align with machining capabilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to VNC, CNC, and HMC systems and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machining processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design schematics, maintenance guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Support the development and integration of automation processes in the production system.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and other staff as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience (1-5 years) working with VNC, CNC, and HMC systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties.
• Familiarity with CAM software and CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machining centers and precision measurement techniques.
• Familiarity with quality control systems and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
