About the Role:

The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing fleet maintenance, vehicle performance, and repair operations across project sites. This role involves mechanical supervision, preventive maintenance planning, and coordination with field mechanics, vendors, and the operations team to ensure maximum fleet availability and minimum breakdown time. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a car/truck service centre or fleet maintenance department, with strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, spare parts, and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the company’s vehicle fleet operations.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Track and analyze vehicle breakdown percentage and take corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate and arrange transportation of vehicle parts to other cities when required.
• Ensure timely repairs and availability of vehicles for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records, data, and reports related to fleet and maintenance activities using MS Excel.
• Liaise with service centers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies related to vehicle operations.

Requirements:

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle fleet and maintenance management.
• Familiarity with MS Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Local Candidates from Jaipur are preffered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
