Maintenance Engineer

• Preventive Maintenance:Developing and implementing planned maintenance schedules, performing routine inspections, and conducting preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Corrective Maintenance:Responding to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs or coordinating with external vendors for more complex issues.
• Equipment Optimization:Identifying areas for improvement in equipment performance, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Compliance:Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations, maintaining proper documentation and records.
• Spare Parts Management:Managing inventory of spare parts, coordinating procurement, and ensuring timely availability of required components.
• Documentation:Creating and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repair logs, and inspection reports.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out safely, adhering to safety protocols, and promoting a safe working environment.
• Collaboration:Working closely with production, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related issues.
• Training and Support:Providing technical guidance and training to other maintenance personnel and operators on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Project Management:Participating in or leading projects related to equipment upgrades, modifications, or installations.
• Cost Management:Monitoring maintenance costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and optimizing resource utilization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
