Maintenance Engineer

Profile Snapshot:

Maintenance Engineer must be skilled in maintaining and troubleshooting PVD coating machines, experience with vacuum systems, and related equipment to ensure high machine uptime and consistent coating quality and able to handle day to day maintenance activity of PVD coating operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of utility equipment maintenance like chiller, Air compressor, DG, LT & HT panel, PF panel ETP & STP plant.

• Knowledge of production equipment maintenance like PVD machine, blasting machine, Chemical cleaning machine etc.

• Knowledge of pneumatic system & electrical system repair & maintenance.

• Basis understanding of electrical drawing & pneumatic drawing.

• Basis knowledge of ACB, VCB, MCB, MCCB, relay, contactor, VFD drive, sensor & PLC operation & maintenance.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling & data recording. • Knowledge of Kaizen & 5S.

• Coordinates with production team & ensure the maximum machine uptime.

• Knowledge of maintaining maintenance spares stock as per requirement.

• Knowledge of making breakdown report & root cause analyzes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
