Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of all facilities within the wedding convention center. This role involves maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, sound systems, and general infrastructure to ensure events run without disruption. The engineer conducts routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of equipment and building systems. During events, the Maintenance Engineer provides on-site technical support to quickly resolve any issues related to power, water supply, air conditioning, or facilities. The role also includes coordinating with vendors, supervising technicians, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days, are essential to support seamless event experiences and guest satisfaction.
