Maintenance Engineer

We are hiring Maintenance Engineers for handling residential apartment maintenance in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day maintenance of residential apartment
• Electrical, plumbing, civil & mechanical maintenance
• STP, WTP, DG set, lift coordination
• Vendor coordination & complaint handling
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil)
• Above 5 years experience in residential apartment maintenance
• Chennai-based candidates preferred

Salary: As per industry standards
