Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:
Responsible for operation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support of MEP systems in high-rise residential apartment buildings, ensuring safe and uninterrupted building services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire fighting, pumps, and water systems
• Execute preventive maintenance and attend emergency breakdowns
• Inspect plant rooms, risers, and common areas
• Coordinate with contractors and supervise technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
• 4–7 years’ experience in high-rise residential maintenance (15+ floors preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
