Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance 24-7 Ltd, part of the Twenty47 Group, are expanding and seeking experienced engineers to join our growing team across London and the Home Counties.

We are hospitality, commercial and retail maintenance specialists, delivering reactive, quoted and project works to well-known restaurant chains, pub groups, storage facilities and national retail brands throughout the South East.

The Role

This opportunity is ideal for experienced engineers with strong trade backgrounds and experience working in hospitality, commercial or retail environments.

Typical Responsibilities (Multi-Skilled / Fabric Engineers)

• Plumbing: Bathroom installs, tap changes, waste pipe repairs, basin & toilet repairs/replacements
• Carpentry: Locks, door closers, kitchen unit repairs and general joinery
• Groundworks: Fence repairs/installation and floor repairs
• Decorating: Minor decorating and making good
• Roofing: Unblocking gutters/gullies, temporary coverings, tile/slate replacements
• Flooring: Patch tiling and timber repairs
• Procurement of materials and equipment
• Completion of worksheets using handheld technology
• Delivering work to the highest standard
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Roofing experience is advantageous

(Electrical and plumbing-specific roles will focus on relevant trade duties within commercial environments.)

About You

Previous experience in hospitality, commercial or retail environments

• Relevant trade background (Multi-skilled, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry etc.)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Flexible approach (overtime and out-of-hours work may be required)
• Good understanding of Health & Safety
• Confident using handheld devices for reactive and quoted works
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Relevant trade qualifications (essential for Electricians, preferred for other trades)

Self-Employed (CIS) Option
