Maintenance Engineer (Civil Engineer – G+4 / G+1)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Civil Engineering background and valid G+4 or G+1 certification. The ideal candidate will oversee building maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and ensure all civil-related maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil maintenance work for buildings and facilities
• Inspect sites, identify issues, and recommend corrective measures
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and municipal regulations
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Valid G+4 or G+1 license
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management
• Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing, and repair procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
