Maintenance Engineer (Exp 4 yrs , press machine)

Job Position - Maintenance Engineer

Experience - 4 -5 yrs

Qualification - Diploma/BE Mechanical

We require a Maintenance Supervisor to handle all maintenance activities as per our maintenance plan and to attend to breakdown maintenance.

The candidate should have knowledge of press , welding, and electrical maintenance, and should have a minimum of 3–4 years of maintenance experience.

Salary : 30 to 35 Gross

 Execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

 Maintain maintenance records, checklists, history cards, and spare consumption data.

 Identify improvement opportunities to reduce downtime, energy consumption, and maintenance cost

 Maintain mechanical and hydraulic, power presses

 Like die-cushion, balancer, clutch, gear system safety light curtain, electrical, Pneumatic valve and cylinders, lubrication knowledge

 Hydraulic press- oil leakage, hydraulic valve, pump, and machine working and repair knowledge.

 Welding machines (co2 MIG, Spot, projection ) machine knowledge like maintain machine safety, cleaning, volt, Amp. Meter , co2torch repairing and maintain spares of machine. Check projection/spot welding machine volt and current setting.

 SPM welding machine knowledge like leaner welding, rotary welding, wire fIdder maintenance. Co2 gas bank and Gas line leak detection.

 AIR HANDLING UNIT –like Air coolers, exhaust fan, blowers and paint booth, powder coating booth, repair and maintain knowledge.

 OVEN- Diesel burner, Gas burner, Gas bank, oven temperature controller setting.

 SHEARING – Hydraulic and mechanical shearing, PLC, HMI setting, blade clearance setting, clutch and break setting.

 Laser machine maintenance knowledge.

 TOOLROOM- function, operation and maintenance below machines

 Surface Grinder, Drill machine, VMC , CNC, Lathe, Milling, etc.

 Implement Kaizen and root cause analysis.

 Hand tools -Repair and keep record.

 Minimum 3-4 year experience.
