Maintenance Engineer Food Production

We require Sr. Engineer - Maintenance with experience of 5 years plus in any snacks or food manufacturing unit.

Role Summary:

The Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all

equipments within the FMCG manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring minimal

downtime, supporting preventive maintenance schedules, and complying with safety and

quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machinery like Continuous fryers,

batch fryers, roasters, FFS machine, conveyors, packaging lines and secondary packaging

machine.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in PLCs, motors, sensors, and control panels.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machine and equipments.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and monitor power consumption.
• Collaborate with mechanical and automation teams during breakdowns and upgrades.
• Maintenance of utility equipments like thermic fluid heaters, DG set, Air compressors, dehumidifier, Nitrogen generation plant

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in mechanical / Electrical or B.Tech Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, control panels, industrial wiring and plant

maintenance.

• Knowledge of safety - fire protocols and electrical standards (e.g., IEC, IS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
