Job Designation: Maintenance Engineer – Food Production & FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance Equipment Uptime: Ensuring high uptime of electrical equipment, including HT and LT panels, through effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implementing and adhering to a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Corrective Maintenance: Responding promptly and effectively to equipment failures and breakdowns.
• Electrical Safety: Adhering to all electrical safety standards and regulations.

Installations and Repairs

• Installation Accuracy: Ensuring accurate and timely installation of new machines and equipment as per requirements.
• Wiring Quality: Maintaining high standards of quality in single-phase and three-phase wiring, including VFDs.
• LT Panel Management: Efficiently managing and maintaining electrical LT panels, including breakers, starters, and APFC panels.

Procurement and Cost Management

• Procurement Efficiency: Sourcing and purchasing maintenance-related items efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Quotation Accuracy: Providing accurate and competitive quotations for new machines and maintenance-related items and work.
• Cost Control: Managing maintenance costs within budget and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

Mechanical Maintenance

• Equipment Uptime: Ensuring high uptime of mechanical equipment through effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implementing and adhering to a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for mechanical equipment.
• Corrective Maintenance: Responding promptly and effectively to mechanical equipment failures and breakdowns.

Utility Maintenance

• Utility Efficiency: Ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of utility systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Utility Safety: Adhering to all safety standards and regulations related to utility systems.

Other Responsibilities

• Procurement Efficiency: Efficiently purchasing necessary items from local sources.
• Service Coordination: Arranging timely service for cold rooms and plate freezers.\
• Project Management: Overseeing and managing the installation of new machines until they are fully operational.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
