Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Real Estate (NOOR PROPERTIES)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will ensure all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems)
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Supervise technicians, contractors, and service providers
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and accommodations
• Ensure compliance with Civil Defence and Dubai Municipality standards
• Manage tenant/staff complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain records, reports, and maintenance logs
• Support fit-out, repairs, and renovation works

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years UAE experience in property/facilities management
• Experience in residential towers, labor camps, or commercial buildings
• Knowledge of MEP systems and local regulations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and energy efficiency practices
• Experience in high-rise building maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple properties or sites
• Leadership and team supervision skills
