- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on printing and bindery equipment - including presses - and auxiliary systems such as compressors, air conditioners etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
