Due to continued growth and the acquisition of new developments, Phoenix Gas are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work on occupied new build properties across the Midlands.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused engineer with experience in gas, heating, and plumbing maintenance within the new build sector. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, working within a busy and supportive team delivering high standards of customer care and aftercare maintenance.

The ideal candidate will hold current Gas Safe qualifications, unvented certification, and experience with air source heat pumps would be highly advantageous.

Must have relevant tools for the job

A company vehicle, fuel card, and any required toll passes , Ladders PPE etc ... will be provided.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Role Requirements:

• Gas Safe qualified
• Unvented hot water qualification
• Experience working on new build developments
• Maintenance and customer care experience
• Experience with air source heat pumps (preferred)
• Plumbing & Heating qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Work Location: On the road (Midlands) Ideal location around Coventry
