Maintenance Engineer : Resort Property

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our resort facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil systems are maintained efficiently, minimizing downtime, and ensuring guest satisfaction through well-functioning infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues across the property.
• Monitor and maintain resort infrastructure, including water supply, generators, pumps, and elevators.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized repairs or installations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inventory of spare parts, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in planning and implementing refurbishment or renovation projects.
• Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives within the resort.
• Provide technical guidance to junior maintenance staff and housekeeping team.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in resorts, hotels, or large property management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
