Availability of Tools and Equipment

• Need to do Inspection of Tools & Equipment’s
• Need to Maintaining Spares
• Rectifying the defects tools and Equipment’s (Maintenance)
• Need to provide Material Handling Equipment Training

Maintain the Equipment in Good Condition

• Periodical renewal of AMC on or before Expiry
• Including the New Equipment Details in the AMC / SOP & Checklist
• Review of reports provided by the service provider
• Arranging of spares as per the AMC Service report
• Preventive Maintenance Equipment list to be prepare
• Preventive Maintenance Schedule Preparation (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Updating the Periodical Preventive Maintenance Status

To fulfill the Regulatory Compliance

• Weighing Scale, weighing stone & Bridge Stamping (Electronic & Manual)
• Need to get the Fork lift competent person certificate & Waste oil disposal
• Need to take care of Pressure Vessel Inspection
• Need to take care of DG Emission Waste Oil disposal

Training to the Individuals

• Training to the location ITI Technicians regarding Mechanical related Preventive Maintenance
• Weekly review of team members for Warehouse equipment Maintenance activities
