Our client Vivo Pakistan is looking for a Maintenance Engineer in Gujrat
Vivo Pakistan is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and reliability of electrical systems and equipment within the company. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues, maintain maintenance management systems, and communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and customers. The candidate must be a resident of Gujrat and possess excellent communication skills to support long-term collaboration and service excellence. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it plays a key role in maintaining the companys operational efficiency and supporting smooth production processes through consistent maintenance activities.
The Maintenance Engineer will focus on diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and utilizing maintenance management systems to track and report work progress. Strong customer handling skills are essential, as the engineer will frequently interact with clients and vendors to ensure service satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. This position demands a detail-oriented and disciplined professional who is committed to upholding safety standards while optimizing equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities
To receive and deal with mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair and keep in good touch with them.
To study specialized materials and guidance documents regarding mobile phone.
To satisfy the demand of customers for products and services.
To assist the manager/director/executive to complete various tasks and improve the performance.
To give feedback on issues in time and track the results.
To answer the professional and technical questions raised by customers.
To take the vacant place when the service consultant is busy or absent.
To complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
