Maintenance Engineer(Electrical / Electronics )

Qualification:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in machine automation and electrical systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems in new and existing machines
• Programming and troubleshooting of Siemens PLCs (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200) and Beckhoff PLC/TwinCAT
• Integration and maintenance of VFDs, induction motors, servo motors, and related automation components
• Configuration and calibration of sensors, temperature controllers, switchgear, and machine control systems
• Setup and maintenance of servo drives (e.g., V90, Sinamics)
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintain system reliability
• Provide technical support for production and maintenance teams

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of automation systems and PLC programming (e.g. Siemens PLCs S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 and Beckhoff PLC/TwinCAT Programming)
• Competent with VFDs, motors (induction & servo), and servo drives
• Familiarity with machine automation systems, sensors, and control devices
• Competent in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
