Maintenance Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Executive to oversee the upkeep, repair, and smooth functioning of our property facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are maintained in excellent condition, complying with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections of the property, equipment, and systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inventory, and service schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support energy-saving and cost-control initiatives.
• Assist in emergency repairs and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Executive/Technician in hospitality, commercial, or residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general repair work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and reporting.
