Job Title- Maintenance Executive (Electrical Background)

Job Summary

The Maintenance Executive (Electrical Background) is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems and equipment within the facility. The role ensures minimum downtime, safe working conditions, and efficient functioning of electrical installations through preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, panels, motors, transformers, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect and monitor electrical systems for performance, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, service reports, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with production and facility teams for planned maintenance activities.
• Supervise electricians, technicians, and external contractors during maintenance or installation work.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety regulations and company maintenance procedures.
• Support installation and commissioning of new electrical systems or machinery.
• Assist in energy management and identify areas for efficiency improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (industrial, manufacturing, or facility environment preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, motors, VFDs, and automation systems (preferred).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
