Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Executive with good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the maintenance and operation of Packing Machines (FFS, ACM) and process equipment such as FBD, Extruder, and Dyno Mill. The role involves ensuring smooth machine operation, preventive maintenance, and timely breakdown resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and utilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in packing and process machines.
• Maintain and repair equipment such as FFS, ACM, FBD, Extruder, and Dyno Mill.
• Ensure minimal machine downtime and support continuous production operations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, daily checklists, and equipment performance reports.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to support smooth operations.
• Ensure all safety standards and operational procedures are followed.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines when required.

Required Skills:

• Good technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.
• Practical experience with Packing Machines (FFS, ACM), FBD, Extruder, and Dyno Mill.
• Ability to identify and resolve faults quickly and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, motors, and control systems.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in machine maintenance, preferably in packaging or process industries.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
