Job Title: Maintenance Executive

Location: Third Wave Coffee outlets in Gurgaon

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Executive to oversee the upkeep and repair of electronic equipment in our cafés. This role is pivotal in ensuring our equipment operates efficiently, providing a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on key café equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, AC units, etc.)
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to minimize downtime and equipment failures.
• Coordinate with external service providers when necessary for complex repairs.
• Maintain records of all service activities and repairs conducted.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met for all equipment.
• Support the opening and closing of new cafés with setup and maintenance planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a café or hospitality setting.
• Strong technical skills in repairing and maintaining electrical appliances and machines.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
