Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of die-making machines, press machines, grinding, drilling and fitting machines.
• Handle routine mechanical maintenance to avoid machine breakdown
• Perform preventive maintenance of workshop machines and tools
• Identify faults and carry out minor repairs in machines and equipment
• Maintain proper lubrication, alignment, and cleanliness of machines
• Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth machine operations
• Maintain daily maintenance records and machine logbooks
• Ensure safety standards are followed inside the workshop

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance in a die-making/manufacturing setup
• Basic understanding of machine tools and shop-floor equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Basic electrical knowledge is an added advantage
• Discipline, responsibility, and teamwork

Preferred Candidate:

• 12th pass (ITI Mechanical preferred)
• Minimum 2 years experience in die-making or manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience with workshop machines
• Ready to work in a factory environment
