Maintenance Executive- ISBM / PET Bottle Manufacturing

Job Summary:

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and plant utilities to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal machine performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of injection moulding machines.
• Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
• Monitor and maintain plant utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Ensure proper machine calibration and parameter settings.
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.
• Plan and execute periodic maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production team for smooth machine handover after maintenance.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Implement cost control measures to reduce maintenance expenses.
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong hands-on experience in injection moulding machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Understanding of plant utilities and their operation.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
