Maintenance Executive (Junior)

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and preventive programs. Operations Management: Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, installations, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC). Staff & Vendor Management: Supervise maintenance teams, schedule work, provide training, and manage external contractors. Budget & Inventory: Control maintenance budgets, track expenses, and manage spare parts inventory. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety policies (like OSHA), conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to regulations. Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, prepare reports, and recommend upgrades.

Pay: ₹19,900.00 - ₹49,800.00 per month
