Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Maintenance personnel to handle day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure smooth functioning of hotel facilities during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Handle electrical, plumbing, AC, and basic mechanical repairs
• Attend guest room and public area maintenance complaints promptly
• Monitor equipment, utilities, and safety systems
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for maintenance issues
• Maintain logbooks and shift reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel SOPs
• Support emergency maintenance during night shifts

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts
• Willingness to work day or night shifts
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
