Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to enhance productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for automation tasks and troubleshooting.
• HVAC,BOILER ,SNOW MOWING
• Interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
• Oversee the maintenance of residential painting projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and team members.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
• Electrical experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with ohmmeters for testing circuits.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required for clear interaction with team members and clients.
