Summary:

Maintenance Laborer is responsible for assisting the Safety &amp; Fleet Manger and Maintenance Facilitator with facilities operations at the branches.

Essential functions and responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist the Safety &amp; Fleet Manager</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist the Maintenance Facilitator</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for testing recovery tanks</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for scrap</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plan and coordinating PMs and maintenance for Ryder trucks.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assisting with all driver needs &ndash; break downs, concerns, supplies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Managing all equipment inspections and truck inspections</li></ul>
<ul><li>Keeping all equipment in warehouse operating</li></ul>

Ensuring smooth branch operations, the Maintenance Facilitator plays a key role in equipment upkeep, coordinates preventive maintenance for Ryder trucks, supports drivers during breakdowns and inspections, and partners with leaders to keep facilities running safely and efficiently. Candidates will have a direct impact on operational reliability across all locations.
