Maintenance & Facilities Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance & Facilities Engineer with proven experience in maintenance, operations, and facilities management, to collaborate with us on upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in government projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as expertise in project pricing and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee maintenance and facility operations for various projects.

Prepare technical and financial proposals, including pricing and cost estimation.

Supervise maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Provide technical support and recommendations for facility improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).

Proven experience in maintenance, operation, and facilities management.

Prior experience with government projects in Saudi Arabia is essential.

Strong background in project pricing, tendering, and estimation.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
